lets Bake Friday

Peanut butter and banana breakfast muffins 

1/4 cup of oats 
1 tsp of baking powder
1 banana mashed
2 Tbs of peanut butter / almond butter ( whatever you preference )
1 egg
1/2 cup of egg whites 

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl 
  2. Blend together with a hand blender or food processor 
  3. If using a hand blender place on low setting at the start and build up as ingredients stick together 
  4. Fill up muffin cups and place flaked almonds on top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes  

Easy Peasy 
Eat and enjoy
