Lets bake Friday

Healthy Cookie Dough Balls 

Ingredients 
-2 cups of cashews
-1/4 cup of coconut oil melted
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-3 tbsp of maple syrup 
-around a cup of designated coconut  

Method
  1. Blend the cashews in a food processor for 30 seconds ,any longer may turn the cashew flour into cashew butter. ( i used the milling blade in the nutribullet )
  2. melt the coconut oil in saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Place all the ingredients except the designated coconut into a bowl and mix together with a spoon .
  4. place the bowl with the mixture into the fridge for 10 or more mins.
  5. After around 10 minutes take the mixture out of the fridge and roll them into little balls with the palm of your hands .
  6. Place the molded cookie dough balls into a bowl of designated coconut and roll it around so the coconut sticks to the cookie dough.
  7. Store the cookie dough in the fridge .
