Lets bake Friday

Healthy Banana Bread 

-3 bananas 
-200 g ground almonds
- 3 tsp honey 
- 1 tbs melted coconut oil 
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg 
- 2 egg whites 
- tsp vanilla vanilla extract 

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  2. Mash the bananas onto a plate
  3. Place all ingredients into a bowl 
  4. Mix all together 
  5. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes 
  6. Check it is fully cooked by placing a long needle down the center and if it comes up clean your bread is fully cooked
( it is optional to add flaked almonds into top of bread before placing in oven )

Let it cool , cut and enjoy guilt free
